Tryout Requirements:USAVB Membership:
Before attending tryouts, be sure to register or renew your membership at cevaregion.org. Once you have the MEMBERSHIP CONFIRMATION email, print and bring to tryouts. USAVB Health Waiver: Print and fill out the Medical Release Waiver. MHAC Tryout Registration: Download and complete the MHAC Tryouts registration form prior to tryouts (preferred), or you may fill out a hard copy at tryouts. If you choose to register at tryouts, please come early with a parent/guardian to ensure you have enough time and the necessary information. CEVA Concussion Form: Print and fill out the Concussion Form FEES: $20 non-refundable tryout fee. Attire: Please be dressed in athletic attire and arrive a few minutes early to sign in. On site team registration and initial down payments are mandatory and due at the registration meeting. Please plan to bring EFT account information for the additional installments or payment in full. Season FeesDepending upon team placement, fees range from $600-2400. Please contact us for more information about club fees and payments.
